    Ask the Executive Coach

    Facilitated by Suzi Pomerantz

SOAR Community Nebula (SCN) Quarterly Breakfast Series

Leadership is challenging. Executive coaching provides customized support for leaders and executives. What are the questions you have about leading that you can’t really ask anyone else? Bring your top leadership challenge or burning questions about leading or sticky situations that need unsticking and you’ll be able to Ask The Executive Coach in an open format. During this informal conversation, you’ll have access to a master coach with 25 years experience coaching in hundreds of organizations worldwide. No question is too big or small. This event is participant-driven, meaning you’ll get out of it what you put into it. Want specific strategies and new ideas to take away? Bring a specific question to ask the coach. Want something less transactional and more transformational? Bring an area of frustration that highlights where you get in your own way. We will go where the group wants to go. Like a Choose Your Own Adventure book, we will co-create the conversation in the room that morning. Come play!

SCN Event: 1-Day SOAR Retreat at the Meditation Museum, Tysons Corner, VA

What's Mine to Do? Defining our Legacy Today.

Spend a full day exploring with us. We'll address how your natural gifts, developed skills, work experiences and life lessons can provide additional clarity around what's uniquely yours to do to create greater social impact in your community. Our world needs your unique superpowers. Let's uncover them so they can be fully activated to create the positive change needed in our world.

Our S.O.A.R. retreat exercises is intended to support you in one or more of the following:

    • seeing, owning, articulating and releasing your unique message and mission around "What's mine to do?",
    • becoming "intrapreneurial" at work by identifying strengths and drivers,
    • refining your unique business offerings as a business owner/entrepreneur or
    • fueling your passion to launch a grassroots initiative or nonprofit that's been in your heart to do.
We'll also help you draft a legacy statement based on what gets uncovered throughout this retreat. You will leave with several goals set along with action items to help accomplish what your heart desires to do in creating a better world.
    • A guided meditation will be offered by Sister Dr. Jenna of the Meditation Museum. She will answer your questions about the practice of meditation and power of mindfulness. We'll discuss how quieting the mind and listening to the soul go hand-in-hand with manifesting our visions.
    • Supplies and workbooks will provided.
    • Lunch is included. (Please message us with food allergies or restrictions when registering)
    • Men and women are welcomed to participate.
    • Dress comfortably and come with an open heart.

We look forward to exploring and collaborating with you!
